• Are there any limits on file size or file format that I can upload?

You can upload jpg, gif, png and tiff photos that are up to 4MB.

• I just uploaded a new photo. Why isn't this showing?

Skyecandy's staff approve all photos manually. This is to help safeguard a fun and friendly video speed dating service. Read Skyecandy Photo Guidelines.

• How long does it take for my photo to be approved?

It can take between 1 to 24 hours for your new photo to be approved. Once this is done, your photo is available in your profile.
